Events
In the 2023-2024 spring semester, textile product dyeing courses are given every week for palliative patients at our Faculty of Medicine, Palliative Research and Application Center. This study was also carried out in 2022. At the 3rd National Medical Student Congress on 16-18 May 2022, a painting activity with natural dyes was held for the guests attending the congress.
Seminar
In September 2023, the opening lecture on Natural dyes was given at Tokat Zübeyde Hanım Anatolian Vocational High School.
Trainings
Courses offered
In our center, courses were organized within the scope of the Kamedap project in 2011 and 2014 and certificates were given.
Natural dyeing courses were organized for master instructors at Tokat Maturation Institute between 2018-2021.
Academics Activities
Publications - Inventions
Scientific articles are published in our center every year. In the last 3 years, 12 international /TR-index articles and 4 books have been published. In 2021, Patent number TR 2017 00778 B was obtained on the method of coloring interior and exterior paints with vegetable pigments. An antifungal herbal product named Fungop, approved by the Ministry of Health dated 20.05.2008 and numbered 232055, was developed and used in the treatment of foot and nail fungus. Natural antiviral masks were developed during the Corona virus (Covid-19) period that emerged in 2019, and this study was published in Turkish Chemical Society: Section A in 2021.
We attended the 2024 Inftec International Medicine, Pharmacy, Agricultural Technologies Informatics Congress and made 4 posters and 1 oral presentation.
